Soft Intervention

A series of activities were conducted which includes sensitization of the farmers & artisans and other cluster actors, capacity building of artisans, staff members, machine operators etc and exposure visit of the SPV members to other appropriate, successful and similar model projects, which has enriched them with technical skills, know how and knowledge to produce high standard and marketable products out of unused agro waste like banana pseudo stem.
